Refund & Return Policy – Kaia Bloom

Thank you for shopping at Kaia Bloom. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and this Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and how to initiate a return, exchange, or refund.


Scope and Intent

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Kaia Bloom website. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition: We accept returns for new and slightly used products. This includes items that have been opened or show minimal signs of use, as long as they are not damaged and are returned with their original packaging and any included tags or accessories.

Return Window: You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being shipped back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: We cover the return shipping cost.

Non-defective returns (change of mind, etc.): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and labels.

We never charge restocking fees.

Return Instructions

1. Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@kaiabloom.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions, and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Customers may return the original item and request a replacement of equal value, or they can place a new order for the desired product after the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days (and always within 14 business days) to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Special Situations

- Returns Due to Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 60 days of delivery date, provided it is unused or slightly used, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

- Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately for instructions. Kaia Bloom will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a refund.

- Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover the return costs if necessary.

- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us, and we will arrange the return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.

- Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

- Cancellation After Order: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
